The location was excellent. Short walk from train station then short walk into town. We were cruising the following day, and advised a taxi would be the best option. However, we decided to take a walk to the terminal via the centre and it was all totally accessible and enjoyable, took about 40 mins. The breakfast was lovely and so well presented. Sad we only had one night there, but if we return to Southampton, we will definitely stay again

The light breakfast was well stocked with a great variety. The toast was a great and welcome addition for a hot option. The room was lovely, felt very home like with great facilities in the room. The shower/WC was well equipped with enough hot water! Great location to Southampton town centre with most attractions within walking distance. The close proximity to multiple parks for idealic autumn strolls was amazing also.

This is. a lovely guest house that offers a quiet room and a comfortable stay with a breakfast. We had a shared bathroom but no one else used it except us and it was right next to the room. Our lovely host also knew that we did not like heat so offered us the room at the back of the house which was very cool and quiet.

Everything was perfect, no fault’s whatsoever, clean and tidy en-suit room, lovely breakfast in the morning, very central to the town centre within walking distance and also had parking on site. Would highly recommend, hospitality was spot on very polite and answered any questions we had 10/10 all round.

The owner was absolutely wonderful, we were visiting the university for an open day and the location was perfect, walking distance from shops and bars, breakfast was lovely, if my daughter decides to go to this uni I will always stay here to visit her, perfect thank you for making us so welcome
